Order Entry Specialist Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Location: Houston, TX 77088 About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented Order Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This position is critical to ensuring accurate order processing, smooth workflow operations, and exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities * Enter and catalog information with exceptional accuracy * Transfer data from paper logs to digital spreadsheets and databases * Review, verify, and correct data for errors * Organize digital and physical files * Support workflow processes including billing, returns, credits, and related tasks * Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing * Assist with additional administrative duties as needed Top Skills & Qualifications Required Skills * Proficient typing and data entry skills (50+ WPM) * Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines * Knowledge of data entry software, databases, and workflow processes * Strong communication skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Adaptability and criticalthinking abilities Nice to Have * LTL or packageshipping experience * Multitasking ability in a highvolume environment * Understanding of operational workflows and how billing, credits, and returns connect Work Environment * Standard office setting * Monday-Friday schedule with consistent hours * Supportive team environment with a shared goal of improving workflow efficiency Experience Level Intermediate Level #WestPriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77088.
