We are hiring a Web Developer to join our team in Madison, WI (Hybrid)! Responsibilities * Developer our customer facing web applications and websites using .NET/C# and ReactJS * Build reusable, efficient, and wellstructured frontend components * Develop and support backend services and APIs to support web functionality * Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance * Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards Qualifications * 5+ years of professional experience as a Web Developer * Strong handson experience developing websites using .NET/C# * Solid experience with ReactJS for frontend development * Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs * Strong understanding of web development best practices, performance, and security * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Strong problemsolving and communication skills * Ability to work hybrid in Madison, WI Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
