This role will develop and drive solutions forward that allow our organization to reach its goals by partnering with business stakeholders, technology, and user experience. You will be the key bridge between business and technology stakeholders to both uncover and drive the change forward. This role requires somebody who can evaluate and uncover current opportunities, influence and lead the strategic development of a solution, and drive the development and implementation of the solution alongside our tech, business and user experience partners.

Within Customer Experience, this Business Architect role will support the Customer Engagement and Connectivity team by defining business goals, translating technical concepts into clear language, and bridging business objectives with technical execution to drive adoption of new capabilities and provide clarity for stakeholders. The Customer Engagement and Connectivity (CEC) Team is a critical capability partner for Allstate's AI Initiatives that spans multiple components, including global decisioning, personalization, and customer journeys. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment & Prioritization

  • Partner with cross functional teams to establish shared understanding of intended outcomes and analyze, document, and align current business processes, goals, and objectives with strategic priorities.
  • Prioritize outcomes and gather input for CEC goals.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate how product outcomes connect to broader customer journeys and proactively engage stakeholder groups to gather insights and feedback throughout execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business strategies with technology solutions and ensure integration across platform capabilities.
  • Engage in discovery and testandlearn activities to validate assumptions, guide capability direction, and ensure new capabilities deliver intended business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, reuse, and improvement across processes and capabilities while adhering to design principles and user experience standards.

Outcome Measurement & Explainability

  • Collect, organize, and interpret metrics, dashboards, and experimentation readouts to validate effectiveness of decisioning strategies and inform strategic direction.
  • Synthesize complex technical concepts intobusinessfriendlylanguage and translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional systems flows to support effective implementation.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Champion adoption of new CEC capabilities and reimagined engagement experiences.
  • Communicate how product outcomes connect to broader customer journeys.
Skills & Competencies
  • Influence and engage stakeholders through strong communication, visualization, facilitation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Lead structured change and drive adoption of new capabilities through effective change management and agile ways of working.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to plan of intent development to ensure timely delivery of priorities.
  • Bridge business strategy and technology execution by translating requirements, designing functional flows, and ensuring aligned, integrated solutions.
  • Synthesize and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for both business and technical audiences.
  • Analyze and communicate outcomes from experimentation, dashboards, and performance metrics to support informed decisionmaking.
  • Drive change management initiatives and accelerate adoption of new capabilities across business units and across use cases.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
