Summer Students 2026 - Counce Mill

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) a leading manufacturer of kraft linerboard is seeking several Summer Students - General Labor positions located at its Counce, Tennessee mill.

Responsibilities: Will perform a variety of tasks as needed which may include copying, filing, computer entry, general maintenance of property (clean-up, painting, lawn care) or perform other general helper duties in various areas of the mill.

Basic Qualifications: Qualified individuals will meet the following criteria:

• 18-23 years of age
• be a dependent of a current PCA employee
• must have completed one year of college and must be enrolled full-time for the Fall 2026 semester
• must upload your college transcript and resume when you apply
• must have a minimum of a 2.3 GPA and be able to provide proof
• must be able to start work June 1, 2026
