Workplace Experience Manager - Coppell, TX

What this job involves:

As a Workplace Experience Manager at JLL, you'll be the architect of exceptional workplace environments that inspire productivity, foster connection, and elevate the employee experience at our client's Coppell, TX location. You'll lead the strategy and execution of workplace services, ensuring every touchpoint reflects excellence and innovation. This role puts you at the intersection of people, place, and operations-where you'll oversee workplace services including mail operations, workplace amenities, vendor coordination, and administrative support while managing onsite support staff to ensure efficient daily operations. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees, and you'll be instrumental in bringing this vision to life through thoughtful service delivery, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for workplace services and partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver a high-quality employee experience. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Supervise and provide daily direction to the Mailroom Clerk and Onsite Day Porter, establishing priorities, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure smooth operational support across the facility including mail distribution, shipping, and maintenance of common areas
  • Manage workplace amenities and supply operations including office supplies, snack and beverage inventory for executive and general office areas, lunch programs, food setup for meetings and events, and ensure restroom and breakroom supplies are consistently stocked
  • Coordinate with external vendors including cleaning services, Cintas for floor mats and first aid supplies, Allied Security, Iron Mountain, and facility partners, managing vendor access, service schedules, quality standards, and oversee fire extinguisher inspections and maintenance
  • Provide administrative support including document scanning, records management, conference room scheduling, workplace hospitality for visitors, executive shipping requests, and employee badge creation following HR guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace services, addressing inquiries and facility-related concerns with responsive and professional support while acting as a resource for workplace policies and procedures
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience, submit and track work orders for repairs and facility issues, and support company events and internal workplace initiatives

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or related field, or a combination of certification programs and relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in workplace management, facilities, or office operations, including vendor management and workplace services.
  • Previous experience supervising or coordinating support staff in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize work, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor and customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to service excellence.

Preferred qualifications:

  • IFMA Facility Management Professional (FMP) or CoreNet Global certification
  • Experience working in corporate real estate services or with commercial real estate portfolios.
  • Background in managing multiple vendor relationships simultaneously in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of workplace design trends, hybrid work strategies, and employee experience best practices.
  • Experience with workplace analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.
  • Previous exposure to sustainability initiatives and wellness program development in workplace settings.
