PCA has 8 mill locations. In 2022, our mills in the Packaging segment produced 4.6 million tons of containerboard. PCA Mills manufacture containerboards consisting of a variety of performance and specialty grades for a total of annual capacity of 5 million tons. Primary Function Operate turbo generators and auxiliary equipment. Analyze and treat boiler water. Maintains compliance with ISO quality system responsibilities. Duties and Working Procedures
Basic Qualifications: High School Graduate or GED. Two out of last four years must have worked full or part-time. Successful candidate must be willing to work swing and graveyard shifts, along with required overtime as needed. Must have a strong safety background and a good attendance record. Excellent communication and team work skills are essential. Must be able to push, pull, bend, and twist repetitively. Have an understanding that both temperatures and work volume may vary. Preferred Qualifications: Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry is a plus. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
