Salaried Door Manufacturer $50-$55K plus Bonus

This position is responsible for supervising the designing and manufacturing of doors. The primary duties of this position involve interviewing, selecting, and training of door manufacturing employees, maintaining production records, determine and maintain the materials, supplies to be stocked and used in door production, assessing door manufacturing employees' productivity and efficiency handling door manufacturing employee complaints and grievances, disciplining and/or recommending the discipline of door manufacturing employees and planning the work. This position will work directly with customers to design and manage takeoffs based on customer and design specifications.

Supervise and direct the hourly door manufacturing employees

Determine and maintain the materials, supplies to be stocked and used in door production

Work with customers to create takeoffs

Use design software to create specific door designs
