Duration: 2-4 week project starting in mid-May We are kicking off an upcoming project supporting our client as they migrate their primary software from a custom in-house application to Epic. Since Epic has strict requirements for end-user hardware and peripherals, this project involves performing a comprehensive, physical inventory at one worksite location. 4 technicians will work onsite to conduct inventory for all workstations and related peripherals. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely. Key Responsibilities * Conduct on-site, physical inventories of workstations and workstation models * Inventory and document connected peripherals, including: * Monitors * Barcode scanners and hand scanners * E-signature pads * Label printers (e.g., Zebra printers; not multifunction copier devices) * Document scanners * Accurately enter collected data into provided spreadsheets * Interact professionally with staff while working independently on-site * Follow documented procedures exactly and ensure data is complete and accurate Required Skills & Qualifications * Very strong customer service skills and professional communication ability * Field technician experience working with end-user hardware (PCs, printers, keyboards, mice, etc.) * Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation * Strong ability to follow instructions precisely * Comfortable speaking confidently with end users without direct backup * Basic PC hardware experience * Friendliness and professionalism are critical Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Ashburn, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
