Requisition ID# 171720 Job Category: Project / Program Management Job Level: Manager/Principal Business Unit: Energy Delivery Work Type: Hybrid Job Location: Concord Department Overview The Undergrounding Pre-Construction Delivery team is responsible for environmental permitting, land surveying, land acquisition, land rights determination, and all federal, state, and local permitting for all underground, system hardening, and remote grid projects. The team's goals is to deliver miles to our construction teams on-time, on-budget, and on-scope while ensuring that projects meet the compliance requirements of our federal, state, and local agencies and communities. Position Summary The Caltrans Principal Program Manager will be responsible for the timely permitting and delivery of undergrounding, system hardening, and remote grid projects that fall within the Caltrans right-of-way. This person will work closely with Central Estimating, the Pre-Construction Delivery team, the Undergrounding PMO, LEAPS, Government Relations and Construction Management to facilitate projects through the PG&E process, improve the process by which PG&E submits Caltrans projects, and improves PG&E compliance on Caltrans projects. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business needs or company requirements. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs. Bay Area Min: $144,000 Bay Area Mid: $194,000 Bay Area Max: $244,000 Job Responsibilities
