Your Job Molex is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Finance Manager (FP&A) to support our Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU) within Molex. This role will drive business unit initiatives across a wide range of activities. This is an individual contributor role based at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, IL. A high-profile role, reporting into the Finance Director that will have an opportunity to support the growth of the BU. Our Team The Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU) designs and manufactures products that use the power of light to create advanced optical connections and electronics used for AI computing and networking applications by hyperscale and datacom customers such as AWS, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Alibaba, Bytedance and others. This business is currently experiencing significant growth as part of the broader Artificial Intelligence ecosystem. What You Will Do Prepare and present management and BU-level materials Analyze business results to help develop and drive actions within our business Identify and assess key profit drivers, risks, and synergies related to potential business decisions. Analyze capital projects and certain growth opportunities Coordinate segment material into a common business unit perspective. Assist in strategy development in key growth markets. Develop reporting tools and dashboards to streamline and enhance knowledge sharing Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's Degree preferably with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Experience in Finance, Corporate Development, or Accounting with demonstrated ability to improve process and business results Prior experience at a manufacturing company with exposure to manufacturing variances What Will Put You Ahead Strong system skills to access information across many platforms (SAP, BW, OneStream, etc) Advanced Microsoft Office capability Structured thinker with ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex ideas Firm grasp of finance and accounting fundamentals Effective verbal and written communication skills Able to build relationships with team members and internal customers Ambitious - exhibits potential for growth and ability to take on increased responsibility over time About Molex Established in 1938, Molex delivers complete electronic solutions for several markets including: data communications, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial, automotive, commercial vehicle, aerospace and defense, medical, and lighting. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
