Administrative Assistant II The USC Epstein Family Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute (ATRI), within the Keck School of Medicine of USC and located in San Diego, California, is an academic institute comprised of scientific collaborators dedicated to advancing the development of new treatments for Alzheimer's disease through innovative clinical trials. ATRI is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide direct administrative support to Dr. Rema Raman. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic research environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Administrative Assistant is expected to independently analyze, organize, and prioritize daily administrative activities, ensure deadlines are met, and support efficient office operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, critical thinking, flexibility, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant is also expected to demonstrate professionalism, patience, and effective collaboration with other administrative assistants. Skills required:
The individual will also participate in special projects as assigned by their supervisor and support the efficient and effective execution of all administrative and research-related tasks and projects. Location: San Diego, CA. This position will require working onsite at the ATRI offices located in San Diego at least 4 days each week The hourly pay range for this position is $26.59 - $35.18.
