Scope of Leadership Role Reporting to the Senior Director, Controller of the Automation & Motion Control (AMC) Segment, the Director, Controller will be responsible for providing technical accounting leadership, oversight, guidance, and direction across the AMC Segment. The required location for the role will be Rosemont, IL, which is the headquarters for the AMC segment. The role is responsible for leading and managing the accounting, compliance, SOX, and audit activities within the Segment. The role will also be responsible for ensuring consistent accounting practices are followed across all business locations to ensure segment financial information is timely, accurate and compliant with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Additionally, this individual must be able to partner effectively with leaders across matrixed organizations to compile strategic business analyses for senior management to support the development of objectives and action plans to achieve those objectives. This person will interact with a wide range of associates across the organization and require strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, and to communicate across all areas of the organization. This position also requires the person to be comfortable navigating a complex organization, with the ability to be highly responsive, accountable, and follow-through on commitments. Expected Base Salary Range: $132,000 - $205,600 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors #LI-hybrid #LI-KM2 Benefits
