Role Summary

The Sr. Operations Specialist, Accessories & Gear supports day-to-day business operations, reporting, and planning across our Commercial Products ecosystem, including Gear Shop, vehicle accessories and related channels. This role builds and maintains dashboards and SOPs, manages operational workflows across eCommerce and enterprise systems, and partners cross-functionally to drive execution, quality, and continuous improvement. The Sr. Operations Specialist contributes meaningfully to team objectives, independently solves routine problems, and escalates risks appropriately.


Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end operational workflows across commercial products; Define standards, drive change management, and coordinate reviews to ensure backend and frontend stability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and test new tools, processes, and analytics that improve operational efficiency within Accessories & Gear.
  • Create and maintain end-to-end SAP process documentation for Accessories & Gear; Organize and index content for discoverability.
  • Lead DTC channel operations for Commercial Products, including calendar management for launches, replenishments, and lifecycle changes, to optimize omni- channel retail performance and customer experience.
  • Lead Team Wear operations across planning, ordering, fulfillment, and vendor management, including creation and enhancement of underlying processes, tools, and service levels.
  • Manage Vendor related operations, including SOP design, documentation, and operational governance needed to expand, standardize, and optimize this segment of the business.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting; Develop lightweight reports/dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews; Deliver ad-hoc analysis on sales, margin, and inventory with strong data quality and consistent definitions.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards; Implement incremental enhancements and document usage guidance.
  • Champion process and systems improvements: Manage enhancement backlogs for material maintenance and order flows, lead or support UAT, and refine operational tools to simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and improve data integrity.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years in operations, supply chain, merchandising operations, or FP&A supporting eCommerce or physical goods preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, modeling) and working familiarity with Hex or similar BI tools.
  • Exposure to SAP, Shopify, or comparable enterprise systems.
  • Experience documenting SOPs and running UAT for small tool or process changes.
  • Ability to translate business questions into structured analysis; detail-oriented with rigorous data hygiene.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; Comfortable collaborating across functions.
  • BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Practical knowledge of PDC/warehouse receiving and fulfillment flows preferred.
  • Basic SQL or data extraction experience preferred; Comfort with data validation and reconciliation.

Pay Disclosure

The salary range for this role is $87,300 - $118,600 [Palo Alto: $94,900 to $118,600, Irvine: $87,300 - $109,100] This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs.

The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
