DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Information Technology Intern, you will help maintain accurate IT asset records, assist with process improvement initiatives, and contribute to onboarding and offboarding workflows. Work involves supporting projects through scheduling, documentation, and coordination, while preparing reports, organizing materials, and maintaining shared resources. You will also be responsible for collecting an analyzing data using standard office tools to support planning and performance tracking, as well as helping to compile information for dashboards and presentations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders, respond to routine inquiries, and assist with implementing new procedures and communication efforts.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Summer or Fall internship
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours and telework schedule can be discussed/flexed at time of interview.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Internship Requirements:
- Must be enrolled (either full-time OR part-time), at a college or university, in an undergraduate OR graduate program, at the time of your internship.
- Must be majoring, minoring, or have a concentration in Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Must have a 2.5 GPA or higher.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
