What to Expect
The Construction Associate will support project teams by maintaining accurate project documentation, generating progress reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and client reporting standards. This role is critical to monitoring project timelines, budgets, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Gather and verify project data (e.g., labor hours, material usage, equipment logs) to support reporting needs
- Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow
- Maintain organized records of project milestones, issues, and corrective actions
- Ensure all reports adhere to company standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data accuracy
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, a related field or relevant work experience, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or data reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and CRM/ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
