What to Expect

Tesla's Channel Enablement team designs and manages the full performance lifecycle of our installer partner ecosystem - defining how we measure, develop, reward, and provide opportunity to partners worldwide. Our work spans across core programs to develop, measure and drive quality standards within our global partner ecosystem through channel partner enablement and partner performance management.

As a Channel Enablement Program Manager, you will play a critical role in building and optimizing scalable systems and processes that support partner performance management and continuous improvement. You will apply systems thinking and process engineering principles to create sustainable programs that balance high quality standards with practical, risk-based implementation. This role focuses on translating strategic goals into well-designed, measurable processes that drive installer performance and customer satisfaction while advancing Tesla's missionof building a world of amazing abundance.

What You'll Do
  • Design and improve scalable processes and quality management systems across our Channel Enablement programs, including quality & performance metrics, partner tiering, quality audits, training & certification requirements, and performance reward programs
  • Apply systems thinking to map end-to-end channel processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions that can scale across thousands of installers
  • Use risk-based thinking to evaluate trade-offs between ideal quality standards and practical, achievable performance levels; conduct process assessments and risk evaluations similar to FMEA principles to implement appropriate controls
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments by quickly identifying requirements, defining success criteria, and building structured processes that scale across the partner network
  • Track, analyze, and visualize key performance metrics (KPIs) using data from multiple systems to generate actionable insights and support program decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Demand Generation, Training, Customer Service, Product, and Analytics) to implement new processes and ensure consistency across the installer network
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing partner feedback from surveys, simulated customer engagement programs, and performance data; utilize project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to track initiatives, maintain process maps, dashboards, training materials, and enable clear knowledge sharing

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, or similar), Business, or equivalent experience (Digital Transformation, Operations Management, or similar)

  • 2-5 years of experience in process engineering, quality engineering, program management, or operations - preferably in service networks, partner ecosystems, energy, or construction
  • Strong systems-thinking and process-engineering skills with a demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and workflows
  • Experience applying risk-based thinking and problem-solving tools (FMEA, root cause analysis, process mapping, control plans, etc.)
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills; familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and clearly document processes
  • Passion for operational excellence, sustainability, and Tesla's mission of building a world of amazing abundance; ability and willingness to travel domestically (~10-15%)
