The Creative Director is responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class creative vision that drives recruiting success, builds cultural relevance, elevates the student-athlete experience, and amplifies the Duke Women's Basketball brand nationally. The Creative Director will oversee the visual and digital storytelling strategy for the program, translating elite performance, leadership, and culture into compelling content that resonates across recruiting, fan engagement, and brand partnerships. Minimum Qualifications Education Work requires communications, analytical and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. Experience Work requires the ability to plan and administer programs and direct program activities within a specific functional area, generally acquired through four years of related experience. Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $61,535.00 to USD $95,880.00.
