1st Shift Distribution Associate (Full Time)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime may required during busy season, including some Saturdays

PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly Pay

SALARY: Starting at $16.25 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Distribution Associate at Children's Factory, you play a vital role in bringing our products to life for customers across the country. You'll be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped with precision and care. This is more than just moving products, it's about delivering quality, reliability, and a great customer experience every single day. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this role, you'll be an essential part of a high-performing distribution team where your attention to detail and commitment to quality truly matter. On a typical day, you will:



  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using handheld technology, ensuring every shipment meets our quality standards
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse by restocking, organizing inventory, and supporting overall workflow
  • Perform quality checks so that every product leaving our facility is in excellent condition
  • Operate equipment safely (with training and supervision), following all safety protocols
  • Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet daily goals and keep operations running smoothly
  • Take pride in keeping your work area clean, safe, and efficient
  • Continuously learn and grow by participating in training and improvement initiatives


You'll feel the impact of your work immediately, helping ensure customers receive the right products, on time, and in great condition.

ABOUT YOU:

You're someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team setting, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You bring:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions with consistency
  • Basic math and computer skills (experience with warehouse systems or handheld devices is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • A willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work flexible hours as needed
  • Reliability and a strong attendance record-you show up ready to contribute


Bonus points if you have:



  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Familiarity with pallet jacks, fork trucks, or warehouse safety practices


You're physically able to stay active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
