ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Representative at Children's Factory, you'll be the voice of our brand and a trusted partner to our customers. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating positive, seamless experiences-whether you're helping a customer place an order, solving a challenge, or ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team that values service excellence, this is a role where you can truly make an impact every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of the customer experience by resolving concerns and turning challenges into positive outcomes
  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring attention to detail every step of the way
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams (including sales, warehouse, and production) to deliver on customer needs
  • Support the sales team by assisting with product requests, pricing, and new customer setup
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback across digital platforms, helping protect and strengthen our brand reputation
  • Stay curious and continuously build your knowledge of our products, systems, and processes
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where collaboration and accountability matter

This is a fast-paced, people-centered role where no two days look exactly the same, and where your ability to listen, problem solve, and communicate makes a real difference.

ABOUT YOU:

You're someone who thrives on helping others and takes pride in delivering a great customer experience. You bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • Comfort working with systems such as CRM or ERP platforms, along with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect clearly and professionally
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, especially with order entry and documentation
  • Confidence in problem-solving and navigating customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • A calm, steady presence, even in high-pressure situations
  • A team-first mindset, with the ability to collaborate while also working independently
  • Reliability, accountability, and a strong commitment to showing up ready to contribute each day

If you're adaptable, eager to learn, and motivated by making a meaningful impact on both customers and your team, you'll fit right in.
