Job Summary:

The Associate Director, SalesTraining plays a pivotal role in driving sales excellence through strategic training and development initiatives. This role will proactively collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Customer Service teams to support new hire onboarding, enhance product knowledge, improve selling skills, drive corporate culture, and align with ongoing business priorities.This position includes accountability foronboarding new hires,coaching in thefieldand ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.



  • Location: Nashville, TN or Remote
  • Salary: $120,000-$140,000 annually + bonus


Responsibilities/Essential Duties:





    • Conductsfield rideswith sales professionals to provide in-field coaching and assess training effectiveness.


    • Onboarding completion and certificationof all new hires within90 daysof start date


    • Support the development of FSTroleand responsibilities through direction and support.


    • Partner with Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and AVPs to identify team development needs and implement effective coaching initiatives.


    • Facilitate both live and virtual training sessions for the sales team, including new hire onboarding and advanced sales skills training.


    • Align with one brand marketing team to lead salestraining, contentcreationand launch of new products in addition tonewmarketingtools and resources.


    • Contribute to and execute key marketing and sales training initiatives;assistin the facilitation of national and regional training events and meetings.


    • Identifyknowledge and skill gaps and provide innovative, data-driven solutions to address them.


    • Support business operations, including budget oversight, expense management, and compliance with policies and procedures.


    • Drivesales performance and achieve quarterly goalsin collaboration with sales leadership.




Basic Qualifications:



  • 5+years commercial experience in sales, salestrainingand/or marketing roles with documented success in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and/or managing field sales professionals
  • Aesthetic injectable experience, as well as launch experience
  • Ability to travel overnight up 35%


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Leadership experience; ideally management experience
  • Prior certification as trainer for programs to build salesforce skills and culture such as Challenger Sale, Insights, Myers Briggs, Spin Selling, and PSS
