Job Summary: The Associate Director, SalesTraining plays a pivotal role in driving sales excellence through strategic training and development initiatives. This role will proactively collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Customer Service teams to support new hire onboarding, enhance product knowledge, improve selling skills, drive corporate culture, and align with ongoing business priorities.This position includes accountability foronboarding new hires,coaching in thefieldand ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
