Service Consultant (Call Center Agent) Location: Kalihi, Hawaii Work Arrangement: Fully inperson (onsite) Kickstart your career in the banking industry as a Service Consultant in a fastpaced call center environment. As a Service Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing highquality service while supporting a wide range of banking inquiries. You will gain foundational banking knowledge and experience that can support future career advancement. Responsibilities * Serve as the first line of communication for customers * Handle inbound calls and respond to bankingrelated inquiries * Provide accurate, professional, and courteous customer service * Protect confidential customer information * Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues * Meet individual and team performance goals * Maintain a customerfirst approach in a fastpaced environment Work Schedule * Call center hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, seven days a week * Shifts vary * Required training for the first three months: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date * May 2026 Work Location * Fully inperson, onsite position in Hawaii Qualifications * High level of professionalism with strong verbal communication skills * Customerfocused mindset with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple systems in a fastpaced environment * 1-2 years of customer service experience (retail, sales, call center, or financial services preferred) * Call center experience preferred but not required * Comfortable using computers, internet tools, and multiple applications Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
