Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, University of Oregon, is recruiting a Senior Director of Development, Lundquist College of Business to join their team in Eugene, Oregon. This is a fully onsite role when not focused on donor visits and external engagement, with an average of approximately one week of travel per month. About this role: As the Senior Director of Development for the Lundquist College of Business, you will serve as a key fundraising and strategic leader advancing one of the University of Oregon's most dynamic and externally engaged academic units. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the college's development program, driving major and leadership gift strategy with a focus on securing gifts of $100K+ and prioritizing $500K+ commitments. You will manage a portfolio of high-level donors while partnering closely with the Dean and University Advancement leadership to align philanthropic priorities with the college's strategic vision. You will also lead and mentor a team of development professionals, setting direction, building capacity, and fostering a culture of performance and collaboration. As a highly visible and externally facing leader, you will regularly engage with alumni, donors, and members of the Lundquist College of Business Board of Advisors, strengthening relationships and expanding the college's network of support. This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership, team management, and frontline fundraising. You will play a central role in shaping long-term development strategy, elevating the college's philanthropic success, and personally securing significant gifts that advance key initiatives.
