Program Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage) - HighVisibility Operations Program
Location: Hybrid/Remote Reports to: Manager, Program Operations (Arielle) Interviewing with (Round 1): Director of Talent Acquisition (Sam) Program Size: ~500,000 boxes annually | ~$2M annual brand revenue Duration: Maternity leave coverage Focus: Execution * Coordination * Continuity About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager to maintain operational excellence and continuity for a large, mature, highvisibility program during a maternity leave period. This long-standing program requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, crossfunctional environments, understands the complexities of retail/ecommerce operations, and can quickly ramp up to run the program independently. This is not a reinvention role-success will come from flawless execution, proactive communication, and keeping all moving parts on track. Key Responsibilities Program & Operational Management Manage day-to-day program operations for a high-volume program shipping ~500,000 boxes annually. Oversee execution of program timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams. Track product samples, inventory readiness, logistics workflows, and delivery accuracy. Ensure flawless coordination between Marketing, Operations, Inventory, Sales, and brand partners. Monitor issues, escalate blockers, and drive resolution to keep the program running smoothly. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and external brand partners. Communicate deadlines, changes, risks, and updates clearly and proactively. Facilitate alignment across teams that do not report directly to you. Autonomy & Ramp-Up Quickly learn the established program structure and step into ongoing workflows midstream. Operate independently with minimal oversight, providing clarity and structure to complex workstreams. Data & Decision-Making Use dashboards (Sigma, Tableau, similar tools) to track program metrics, health, and progress. Make data-informed decisions to drive efficiency and maintain program accuracy. Monitor KPIs and ensure all reporting is accurate and up to date. Tools, Process Improvement & Efficiency Leverage AI tools (Copilot, Claude, automation workflows) to increase speed and eliminate manual work where possible. Maintain documentation and ensure operational processes are followed consistently. About You Required Experience & Skills Background in e-commerce or retail operations, with experience managing cross-functional workflows and product-driven timelines. Proven success managing complex programs or campaigns with multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep many moving pieces on track. Comfort navigating inventory, supply chain, logistics, and marketing alignment. Highly autonomous, proactive, and able to manage work with limited oversight. Strong communication skills and experience building productive working relationships. Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Sigma or Tableau. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of California City, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
