• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
• Minimum 5 years of experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries or job functions
• Strong networking and sourcing strategies, including social media platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
