Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures accurate, timely tracking and reporting across the full recruiting lifecycle. This role manages key transactional activities, including Workday processes, while delivering a welcoming, personalized experience for every candidate. By facilitating seamless transitions between interviews and next steps, the Coordinator helps create a smooth and engaging hiring journey. The position also identifies opportunities to improve efficiency by addressing process gaps and enhancing existing workflows. As a brand ambassador, the Coordinator actively champions the university's vision, culture, and values throughout the recruitment process. The budgeted salary range for this position is $28 - $32 per hour. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer alignment, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations. Minimum Education: Associate's degree Addtional Education Requirements Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 2 years of job-related experience or transferrable skills Minimum Skills: Experience in talent acquisition. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Experience working in an office or department support role, performing data entry/reporting. Ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaborate with teams. Excellent organizational skills, with experience coordinating logistics for events. Ability to provide support as needed on projects and exercise discretion with confidential information. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree Preferred Experience: 4 years of job-related experience or transferrable skills Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, or another related field.
