SUMMARY: The Drafter is responsible for creating drawings that exhibit the detail and method of assembly for a variety of machinery and mechanical devices.

EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE Associates degree and/ or 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient at using a Windows based PC, using email, working knowledge of excel Knowledge of CAD Systems (Inventor) 3D Molding Ability to establish relationships with employees, peers and vendors Ability to multi-task Dependable Experience with Inventor Vault, Enovia/3DX is preferred but not required LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, such as blueprints, work orders, equipment operational manuals, and follow verbal instructions. Ability to write reports, fill out work orders, and additional work needed forms. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
