Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Health Centers-AT

Position Overview:
NRI Healthcare is looking for a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical support across two outpatient health centers in Washington, DC. This temporary role involves floating between the two sites (approximately 60/40 split) and is essential to supporting providers, coordinating patient care, and delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist a team of 6-7 providers by providing direct nursing support.
• Support patient care for providers seeing up to 20 patients per day (average ~15).
• Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants to ensure smooth clinical operations.
• Provide patient education, perform treatments, and conduct triage as needed.
• Carry out nursing-specific visits as scheduled.
• Respond promptly to urgent clinical situations, including walk-in patients or changes in patient condition.
• Prepare patient charts and documentation in advance to support daily clinic workflows.
• Contribute to overall clinic operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality care across both locations.
