Residential Portfolio Manager (Luxury / High-Rise) Location: Washington, DC Pay Rate: $50.00/hour Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (conversion eligible after 600 hours) Work Type: On-site Position Overview NRI Staffing is seeking an experienced Residential Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10-12 luxury, high-rise residential properties in Washington, DC. This role is responsible for full operational oversight, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and team management across multiple buildings. This is a high-impact role ideal for a property management professional with strong leadership skills, experience in luxury assets, and the ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of 10-12 luxury, high-rise residential properties * Manage on-site property teams, including leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff * Ensure properties are maintained to high standards consistent with luxury living environments * Monitor property performance, occupancy, and resident satisfaction * Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control across the portfolio * Utilize Yardi for property management, reporting, and financial tracking * Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and lease agreements * Handle escalated resident issues and provide high-level customer service * Coordinate capital improvements, renovations, and vendor relationships * Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews | |
