Prosperity- An EisnerAmper Company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our Iselin, New Jersey office. The successful candidate will manage a variety of administrative responsibilities that require confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for this role. You will be expected to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments that align with the team's activities and goals. This is a hybrid position based out of our Iselin, New Jersey location.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Provide front desk and client services support, serving as a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors.

  • Own and manage complex, multiparty calendar management for multiple team members, prioritizing competing demands, coordinating logistics, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • Support ongoing CRM data maintenance and reporting, including data entry, updates, and coordination with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to support reporting, meetings, and special projects.

  • Schedule and manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings.

  • Manage expense processing, reimbursement, account reconciliations for team members, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines.

  • Perform general administration duties (room bookings, photocopying and binding).

  • Assist with overflow, special projects, and day-to-day tasks.

  • Be an integral part of business, understand group priorities and business expectations.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of professional management and administrative experience.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Strong people skills to handle sensitive and confidential matters, and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Demonstrated capacity to follow direction from multiple sources, adjust priorities as needed, and consistently deliver accurate, well-composed communications.

  • Keen organizational skills and a sense of urgency in meeting business needs.

  • Prior experience supporting professionals in a wealth management or financial environment.

  • Strong people skills for handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources, prioritize, and reprioritize as needed.

  • Keen attention to detail in composing and proofreading materials.

  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated organization and project management skills.

  • Flexibility and ability to thrive amid change.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
