As part of our Operations team, you'll help keep the office running smoothly by supporting daily administrative tasks, greeting visitors, organizing files, and assisting staff as needed.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and visitors and help them feel welcome
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately
• Schedule and confirm appointments and event attendance
• Organize, update, and maintain client files and records (paper and electronic)
• Enter and update information in our database accurately
• Help prepare packets, flyers, or materials for meetings, events, or workshops
• Support basic reporting, data collection, and quality checks
• Assist with general office tasks such as scanning, copying, and filing
• Communicate with team members and vendors as needed
• Pitch in where needed-this is a team environment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn

• Able to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure
• Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, data entry, documents)
• Customer service experience counts(retail, fast food, mall jobs highly valued)

Additional Information

Starting hourly rate: $18 - $20/hr
