Dorman Products is seeking a Quality & Engineering Data Analyst to join our Quality & Engineering Services team. As aQuality & Engineering Data Analyst you will deliver scalable reporting and analytics for Quality, Engineering, and cross functional teams by building and maintaining Qlik Sense applications, Business Objects reports, and automated Excel-based reporting. The role transforms Quality and Engineering data into accurate KPIs and actionable insights while applying foundational statistical methods to assess performance trends. In this role you will develop and automate data pipelines, improve legacy manual reports, and create structured datasets that support Quality and Engineering analytics. A key responsibility is gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, partnering closely with data developers and system teams. This role is onsite Monday through Thursday in our corporate headquarters in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA), with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays. Primary Duties

#LI-EK1 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $76,200.00 to $111,900.00. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate. As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
