Who We're Looking For

You're an experienced recruiting professional who excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and managing fastmoving requisitions with confidence. You thrive in an environment where you can influence decisions, improve processes, and deliver highquality talent through strategic sourcing and datadriven insights. You communicate clearly, consult effectively, and enjoy representing the employment brand with professionalism. If you love fullcycle recruiting and making a measurable impact on hiring success, this role is for you.

About the Role

The Senior Recruiter leads fullcycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Capital leadership. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth hiring process from requisition to onboarding. This role also plays a key part in optimizing recruiting processes, overseeing compliance steps, and strengthening First Western's employment brand. You will support onboarding, vendor partnerships, and key recruiting metrics used to guide organizational decisionmaking.

What You'll Do

  • FullCycle Recruiting Execution: Manage endtoend recruiting activities for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and transition to onboarding, ensuring roles are filled effectively and efficiently.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Partner with hiring managers through regular strategy and intake meetings to define hiring needs, update job descriptions, initiate requisitions in Greenhouse, establish recruiting plans, and align on candidate profiles and selection criteria.
  • Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including recruiting platforms, social media, referrals, and external networks, to build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Selection Support: Screen and assess applicants, coordinate interviews, gather and synthesize interview team feedback, and guide hiring managers through candidate selection decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Offer Development and Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers and Human Capital partners to develop competitive offers, negotiate compensation and employment terms, and manage the transition of candidates from applicant to employee within Greenhouse.
  • Recruiting Metrics, Compliance, and Vendor Coordination: Partner with Human Capital leadership to track and analyze recruiting and turnover metrics, request and monitor preemployment checks (background, credit, employment verification), and coordinate the use of external search firms, including vendor approval processes.
  • Onboarding and Employment Lifecycle Support: Support an effective onboarding process by coordinating new hire documentation, internal notifications, system setup, and workspace preparation; may also facilitate newhire orientation and conduct exit interviews as needed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (required).
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR (required).
  • Strong knowledge of fullcycle recruiting and employment laws.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing and passivecandidate engagement.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and meet timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
  • PHR or SHRMCP preferred within one year of hire.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $120,000/YR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.

  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits, including:

    • Health savings accounts (HSA)

    • Flexible spending accounts (FSA)

    • Medical, dental, and vision coverage

  • Generous paid time off and bank holidays.

  • Access to training and professional development programs.

  • Sponsorship and support for obtaining professional certifications.

  • A culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success.
