If you love solving compensation puzzles, enjoy connecting dots across data, people, and strategy, and are energized by helping organizations evolve how they think about pay-this role was designed for you.
We're also exploring how AI and emerging technologies can modernize the compensation experience-automating routine tasks, elevating analytical insights, and improving how leaders interact with compensation programs. You won't do this alone, but we're looking for someone who brings curiosity, fluency with new tools, and a desire to help us discover what's possible.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and evolving our U.S. and global compensation programs. You'll partner closely with HR, leaders across the business, and cross
functional teams to create compensation solutions that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.
As our international footprint expands-currently Canada, the Philippines, and India, with expected growth into Australia and the UK-you will help us think intentionally about how our programs should operate outside the U.S. and where global alignment or regional flexibility is needed.
This is a high
