Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of paid media strategies and plans across consumer and commercial audiences.
  • Provide support to media team as it relates to research, creative delivery and any other support needed to ensure seamless execution of media plans
  • Help facilitate planning tasks across team members and key marketing stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Provide hands-on creative support when needed, including writing and adapting ad copy when needed, aligning messaging to platform best practices and campaign objectives
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on creative performance and quality where needed, helping optimize assets based on data and media insights.
  • Help identify the right mix of platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, display, etc.) to reach target audiences.
  • Support the media planning process from briefing to execution.
  • Build strong relationships with Lenovo stakeholders and members of the vendor community.
  • Stay current on paid media trends, technologies, and tools to inform planning and innovation.
  • Contribute to testing roadmaps to ensure we're maintaining a test and learn strategy with new opportunities at the forefront.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid media.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal/written communication
  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and data visualization skills
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Knowledge of social media, Google Ads, display networks, programmatic, and remarketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform media strategy and decision-making
  • Strong understanding of funnel-based marketing, attribution, and analytics
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a very large, fast-moving organization with many internal and external stakeholders is a bonus

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65k-80K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
