Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Comment Management Specialist to support landowner and stakeholder engagement on infrastructure projects. This role focuses on managing incoming comments, drafting responses, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records in project databases. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with landowners, following established processes, and performing administrative tasks that keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for landowner and stakeholder comments related to infrastructure projects.

  • Draft clear, professional responses to inquiries and feedback.

  • Track, document, and manage all comments and responses in project databases.

  • Upload, organize, and maintain project mailings, notifications, and contact lists.

  • Coordinate and track engagement meetings, ensuring attendees, materials, and follow-up items are accurately documented and updated.

  • Follow established engagement processes and protocols to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Support project teams by monitoring comment trends and providing updates as needed.

  • Assist with other administrative and project support tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable engaging with landowners and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures.

  • Basic proficiency in database entry and management.

  • Team-oriented and willing to support the project in a variety of administrative tasks.

  • Experience in public engagement, landowner relations, or infrastructure projects.

  • Familiarity with project management or customer relationship management (CRM) software.

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
