TITLE: Warehouse Operator

LOCATION: Avon, OH Onsite

SHIFT & HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Saturdays as Needed)

Hiring Hourly Rate: $19.50/Hr.

Custom Culinary, a subsidiary of Griffith Foods, is hiring a Warehouse Operator play a key role inmaintainingefficient andaccuratewarehouse operations. Responsibilities include safely unloading trucks using industrial powered equipment,properly storingraw materials, issuing materials to the operations team and reconciling materials to put them away, and conducting routine cycle counts of storage locations and individual items. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

As a Warehouse Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Support audit requirements andmaintaina clean, safe work environment.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Ability to read and interpret picking lists to accurately pick, organize, and issue raw materials.

• Ability to use powered industrial equipment such as but not limited to electric pallet jacks, forklifts, andaeriallifts.

• Ability to use the Microsoft D365 ERP system to perform tasks including, but not limited to, stock transfers, item lookups, and cycle counts.

• Ability to conduct cycle counts and inventory control bestpractices.

• Ability to correctlyidentifyand label raw materials based on vendor batch information.

• Participationin fiscal year-end inventory.

• Ability toread andunderstand Purchase Orders, Bills of Lading,PackSlips, and verify incoming materials while unloading shipmentswhile following safety and quality best practices.

• Prepares outbound shipments of raw materialstoco-manufacturers and other Griffith Business unitswhen needed.

• Ability to handle and lift items to 65 pounds.

• Other warehouse duties as directed.

The Warehouse Operator position may be right for you if you:

• High school education or GED andsix monthrelated experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong criticalthinking skills by recognizing issues.

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

• Strong teamwork and reliability.

• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Redzone, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft D365 ERP software.

• Holds or has the ability to obtain a valid forklift certification to safely operate powered industrial equipment.

Qualified candidates will have:

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Minimum 6 months of Warehouse Operations
• Ability to perform cycle counts, stock rotation (FIFO), and manage lot codes
• Must be willing and able to work onsite in Avon, OH, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 65 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

Environmental Concerns

Employees may work in refrigerated and freezing environments, as well as standard warehouse areas. The noise level isgenerally moderate. Dust may bepresent,floors may be wet in certain areas, and employees will work around active forklift traffic and pedestrian movement.
