Regional Safety Manager - Construction Arvada, CO \| Onsite \| Permanent We're hiring a Regional Safety Manager to support one of Colorado's top General Contractors. This role leads districtwide safety efforts, partners closely with operations, and helps build a strong, proactive safety culture across jobsites. What You'll Do * Lead field and office safety efforts, including orientations, JHAs, audits, and jobsite walks * Coach teams, correct hazards, and support incident and nearmiss investigations * Oversee safety training programs, new hire training, and ongoing improvements * Partner with preconstruction and procurement to identify risk and evaluate trade partners * Manage compliance, OSHA reporting, claims support, and safety metrics * Support continuous improvement through committees, technology, and best practices What We're Looking For Required * 10+ years of safety management experience * Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) * Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations * Incident management experience and ability to visit active jobsites Preferred * Safety certifications (CSP, CHST, CRIS, OSHA 500, CIT) * Competent Person training (fall protection, scaffolding, rigging) Compensation & Benefits * $140,000-$160,000 base salary * Company vehicle + gas card * Full benefits package Workplace: Fully onsite in Arvada, CO Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Arvada, CO.
