$68,800.00-$86,000.00

This position reports directly to the Night Manager, under the Lead Manager and the Senior Director of Materials Logistics. This role is accountable for warehouse materials management, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, printing labels, ensuring picking and delivery records are accurate, making associate assignments, scheduling associates, securing the warehouse, ensuring safe operation of trucks, staff discipline, labor relations, ordering supplies, and data analysis.

Perform in a leadership role while managing material handler and clerical associates in order to deliver supplies to supported units. Provide solutions, measure outcomes and educate, to make information based decisions.

This position normally works 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, but will be required to shift hours to 3:30 to midnight every-other Saturday and other dates as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • 3 - 5 years work experience in Materials Logistics, either in healthcare or other industry
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortability with learning new systems and databases
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment ( such as Forklifts)
  • Current Commercial Drivers License (CDL) "B" or "A" with air brake endorsement preferred
