**What You Will Work On**

This role will focus on two high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives, where you will drive critical operational advancements:

* **Marketplace Insights Development:**

* Lead the day-to-day execution of a global capability providing an interactive, enterprise-ready view of distribution points and associated attributes.

* Manage the development of scalable marketplace tools in partnership with external vendors and internal teams.

* Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring outputs are usable across global and regional teams.

* Coordinate diverse cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, planning, finance, and technology, to ensure alignment and continuous progress.

* Support pilot testing and rollout initiatives, guiding projects from conceptualization to fully scaled capabilities.

* Track key decisions, dependencies, and timelines meticulously to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliver on objectives.

* Help establish foundational processes and governance frameworks to support long-term adoption and success.

* **Partner Performance Tracking:**

* Lead the execution and ongoing management of tracking systems for the partner retail elevation strategy.

* Manage and maintain tracking systems to monitor retail elevation progress globally.

* Maintain and report on key metrics, including elevated doors, elevated spaces, investment, and productivity lift.

* Enable clear visibility into performance and progress across regional teams and leadership.

* Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.

* Support the development of scalable processes for tracking, reporting, and generating insights.

* Partner with global and regional teams to refine tracking approaches and improve consistency across all operations.

**Who You Will Work With**

You will thrive in a highly matrixed environment, collaborating with a diverse range of cross-functional teams including global sales and marketplace development, regional sales teams, planning and finance, technology and data teams, and external vendors and agencies. Your ability to foster strong relationships and drive consensus will be key to your success.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience in program management, business development, strategy, or marketplace/retail operations.

* Proven expertise in building and managing systems for business use cases.

* Strong program management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple workstreams concurrently.

* Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of coordinating and aligning diverse cross-functional partners.

* Demonstrated experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

* Ability to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience building or managing tools, systems, or processes that support business decision-making.

* Experience working with external vendors or agencies.

* Familiarity with retail, wholesale, or marketplace ecosystems.

* Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect inputs across teams and build scalable, repeatable processes.

* Experience with dashboards, data visualization tools, or similar systems.

* Proficiency in Process Planning.

* Familiarity with Operational Reporting.

* Experience with presentation software.

* Excellent Cross-Functional Collaboration skills.

* Strong Communication Skills.
