* Coordinate efforts across various marketing teams including Channel Leads, Digital Strategists, Content teams, Program Management, Analytics, and Lead Management.

* Partner with regional event teams, Global Events, ABM, and Field Marketing to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.

* Drive content customization strategy, overseeing asset review and approval processes.

* Ensure strategic alignment across organizational boundaries and proactively manage dependencies.

* **Performance & Optimization:**

* Monitor real-time campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization decisions.

* Analyze registration trends, channel performance, and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

* Conduct A/B testing to continuously enhance conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.

* Lead post-event retrospectives and actively contribute to global process improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Participate in daily stand-ups to surface risks, identify blockers, and coordinate team efforts.

* Monitor campaign performance in real-time across assigned events, reviewing registration data, email metrics, and channel performance.

* Coordinate with content, events, and ABM teams on asset development, providing feedback within established service level agreements.

* Partner with Channel Leads on campaign execution and optimization across various digital channels.

* Conduct weekly stakeholder synchronization meetings with regional event teams and ABM marketers.

* Manage project tasks and timelines using sophisticated tools, updating project status and identifying at-risk deliverables.

* Respond to urgent requests and troubleshoot execution issues as they arise, ensuring smooth campaign flow.

**Why This Role is Exceptional**

* **High-Impact, High-Visibility:** Your campaigns will directly drive attendance for critical customer-facing events, contributing to senior leadership goals and measurable business outcomes.

* **True Ownership & Autonomy:** You will have full decision-making authority over your assigned programs, from strategy to optimization, operating independently while supported by experienced leadership.
