Position Summary:
This position oversees the Guild Program and provides both strategic and operational leadership in partnership with the Director, with a strong focus on membership growth, donor engagement, and governance. The role is responsible for developing and advancing strategies to strengthen recruitment, retention, and overall member and donor engagement.

This individual serves as a key relationship manager and central point of contact for Guild leadership, volunteers, donors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration across all groups. The role also ensures alignment with Guild bylaws, as well as Foundation and Hospital policies, brand standards, and reputational expectations.

This position provides guidance on sensitive and complex matters, supports new initiatives, and helps navigate exceptions to standard processes. The Lead also plays an active role in Guild events, representing the Foundation while fostering meaningful engagement, stewardship, and alignment with the organization's mission.

This position requires a minimum of 2 in-office days per week, excluding special events. The role also requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events, which typically occur about twice a month.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree required


  • Minimum of three (3) years in event planning, fundraising, communications or related experience, with 1 year of professional experience
  • Must have knowledge and experience in using Microsoft products
  • Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, confidentiality and public speaking skills
  • Must have own transportation (to travel to events)



Salary Range: Minimum 30.64/hour - Maximum 49.02/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
