This role requires a competent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, city ordinances, related state laws, internal development processes, and excellent communication and organizational skills. The Permit Technician II serves as a crucial link between the public, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring smooth and efficient permitting and inspection processes.
