About This Position *$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour* Job Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer team members to join our warehouse operations. This role uses a voice-directed headset system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and following verbal instructions through a headset. Key Responsibilities Use a voice-directed headset to receive picking instructions Accurately pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders Verify product quantities and quality before packing Meet productivity and accuracy standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, picker/packer, or order fulfillment experience Experience using voice-picking or RF systems Ability to work overtime as needed Work Environment Warehouse setting with varying temperatures Standing and moving for extended periods Fast-paced, performance-driven environment What You'll Need Required Qualifications Ability to follow verbal instructions through a headset (English or Spanish) Basic math and counting skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout 10 hr shift Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Benefits TKC Holdings, Inc. offers comprehensive benefits to all regular-full time employees: Medical w/prescription coverage Benefit Credit received when enrolled in a TKC medical plan, to help offset your benefit costs.
