The Engineering Project Manager will lead critical product development initiatives within STERIS's Reprocessing PMO, overseeing capital and consumable product programs that support a multibilliondollar portfolio. This role drives executivelevel project reviews, ensures compliance with PMO processes, and manages small to medium projects from concept through manufacturing. With responsibility for crossfunctional planning, risk management, and continuous improvement, the Engineering PM provides clear leadership and accountability across teams. This Mentor, Ohio-based hybrid role offers high visibility and the opportunity to directly influence STERIS's innovation and operational excellence in healthcare reprocessing. #LI-HS1 Pay range for this opportunity is $105,000.00 - $115,000.00. This position is eligible forbonus participation. Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.
