Description Regional Director of Operations - Northern Washington Location Requirement: Must reside between Bellingham and Everett/North Seattle (regional travel required) Not remote. Hybrid role. We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to lead a portfolio of programs across Northern Washington. Compensation: Starting salary range: $157,519.25 - $194,565.62 annually Full range up to $231,611.98 Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.
