Join a high-impact Finance team partnering closely with Commercial leadership to drive strategic decision-making and operational performance. This role plays a key part in shaping financial planning, forecasting, and business insights that support global Selling and Marketing functions. The Finance Lead will build financial models, guide planning cycles, and collaborate across the organization to improve financial processes and support critical business initiatives.

What You'll Do



  • Lead month-end close activities, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning cycles for Global Sales and Marketing
  • Deliver variance analysis and financial insights to help leaders understand performance and guide decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, resource planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investments, product launches, and business opportunities
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Accounting and other teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and accruals
  • Drive improvements to financial processes, reporting, and planning tools
  • Support system enhancements and FP&A initiatives that strengthen data quality and efficiency


How Will You Get Here



  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or FP&A with ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including scenario planning and strategic analysis
  • Experience working with ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) and financial planning/reporting tools
  • Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence decisions through financial insights
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly
  • Proven ability to improve processes and lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
