We are actively seeking a Collateral Analyst, Analyst II to join the Collateral Operations team in Newport Beach, CA. As a Collateral Analyst II, you move Pacific Life and your career forward by independently executing daily derivatives collateral processes and resolving routine issues across counterparties, custodians, and internal partners. You fill an existing role on a team supporting the Pacific Life Investments division. You work alongside experienced collateral professionals who value accuracy, accountability, and utilize procedures to achieve consistent processing for clean data delivery and reconciliations. The team operates with shared ownership of tasks, cross-training regularly, while providing support for coordination with Trading, Treasury, Accounting, Legal, and Risk. How you'll help move us forward: * Execute daily variation margin and initial margin processes in accordance with CSA terms and internal controls. * Identify and explore opportunities to improve processes to reduce risk or manual error, to increase scalability. The experience you bring: * Bachelor's degree and two or more years of experience in collateral management, derivatives operations, or investment operations. What makes you stand out: * Direct experience with bilateral OTC collateral. Base Pay Range: The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
