Testing Manager

Job Description:

This role will be supporting DLA, and has the following duties/responsibilities and requirements. This will be a fully remote role. Candidate is required to live in the United States and have an at least a Secret DoD clearance.

Note: This role is for a proposal. Offer will be contingent upon proposal award which is scheduled for approximately May 2026.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of test specialists and manages complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Translates complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Analyzes and recommends test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Manages and works effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
• Applies complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
• Develops overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
• Applies test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Leads analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations
• Applies use cases and user stories to create test cases

Required Skills/Abilities

• Five (5) years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience.
• Experience in testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialist and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Experience analyzing and recommending test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration.
• U.S. citizenship required

Education and Experience:

* Five (5) years relevant experience

Travel Requirement:

• Occasional travel; CONUS; Fort Belvoir

Clearance Requirement:

• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) (At least a Secret clearance) at time of proposal submission.

Salary Range:

Salary will be competitive with current rates for similar roles. This role is for a proposal bid. Exact salary range will be determined upon award
