This position will provide critical support in several high impact areas across the facility, contributing both immediate value and long-term strategic capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting Time Studies: Observe and document process cycle times across various departments to establish accurate baselines for capacity modeling and identify opportunities for standard work implementation.

  • Quality Support Tasks: Assist the quality department with documentation and filing tasks, freeing up critical resources for more strategic activities while ensuring compliance with documentation protocols
  • ERP Data Entry (Syteline): Help with ERP data entry in Syteline (populating BOMs with operations, materials, and standard hours), ensuring data integrity and supporting decision making across the facility
  • Tulip Implement: Work directly with the Tulip MES implementation team on the roll out of the new software and collaborate with the global SIOP team to integrate Tulip data into the global SIOP process
