Position Title: Production Associate
Wage: $17/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: TBD QPS Employment Group is currently seeking Production Associates for upcoming openings with a company in Allison, IA. In this role, you will support production operations by loading and unloading parts, preparing components for the assembly line, and ensuring parts are properly organized and delivered to the correct departments. Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Load, unload, and mask components on the production line - Pull parts based on requests from assembly lines - Deliver parts and kits to designated departments - Arrange parts in racks and place racks on assembly line conveyors - Follow work instructions and support production processes as needed - Clean metal surfaces of grease, dust, or debris to ensure masking materials adhere properly Production Associate Requirements: - 1+ year of previous light industrial or manufacturing experience preferred - Proven attendance record and reliability - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Ability to stand, bend, reach, and move for extended periods - Understanding of basic quality control principles - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Strong attention to detail and communication skills waterloo@qpsemployment.com IND099 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
